Returns
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping costs. The exact cost will depend on the courier company you choose.

Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a delivery notification via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
